Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to the Arabian Fal RPO Tracker platform (the "Platform"), operated by Arabian Fal International Company Limited. The Platform is an internal enterprise tool provided to authorized employees, contractors, and client representatives for the purpose of tracking and managing Resource Purchase Order (RPO) operations.

2. Service-Based Tool

The Platform is an internal business tool and is not a consumer product or paid subscription service. No fees are charged to individual users for accessing or using the Platform. Access is provisioned by Arabian Fal administrators at no cost to the user.

3. No Refund Scenarios

Since no fees are charged to individual users, the following applies:

• There are no subscription fees, purchase prices, or recurring charges to refund.
• Access to the Platform may be granted or revoked by administrators at any time.
• No financial transactions occur through the Platform that would require a refund.

4. Account Cancellation

If your account is disabled or terminated, you will lose access to the Platform and all associated data. Since no fees were paid, no refund is applicable. You may request account reactivation through your administrator if access was terminated in error.

5. Enterprise Agreements

Any commercial agreements between Arabian Fal and its clients regarding services tracked through the Platform are governed by separate contracts. Refund, cancellation, and payment terms for those services are specified in the applicable service agreements and are not covered by this Platform Refund Policy.

6. Disputes

If you believe your account was terminated in error or have concerns about access to the Platform, please contact your administrator. For any disputes related to commercial service agreements, please refer to the dispute resolution clause in your service contract.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
