Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arabian Fal RPO Tracker platform (the "Platform"), operated by Arabian Fal International Company Limited ("Arabian Fal", "we", or "us"). By logging into and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Accounts are created and managed by authorized administrators — you may not self-register.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The Arabian Fal RPO Tracker web application.
• User: Any authorized person with an account on the Platform.
• RPO: Resource Purchase Order — a work authorization document tracked in the Platform.
• CRPO: Change Request Purchase Order — the reference number for an RPO.
• Administrator: A user with administrative privileges who manages accounts and system configuration.

3. Account & Access

• Accounts are provisioned by authorized administrators. You may not create an account yourself.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must change your password periodically and immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.
• Accounts may be disabled by administrators at any time for security or operational reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for authorized business purposes and must NOT:

• Attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role.
• Manipulate, falsify, or backdate progress entries or certification records.
• Export or download data without proper authorization.
• Use the Platform to transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Use another user's account or impersonate another person.

5. Roles & Responsibilities

The Platform enforces role-based access control. Your role determines what data and actions are available:

• Admin / Super Admin: Full system access, user management, and data import.
• Director: Visibility over RPOs within their scope.
• Project Manager: Manage assigned RPOs, submit progress, and create certification requests.
• Supervisor: Oversee multiple RPOs, approve high-value certifications, and reassign requests.
• Client: Review and certify progress submissions, submit item requests.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, its software, design, and content are owned by Arabian Fal and protected by intellectual property laws.
• RPO data, contract details, and client information remain the property of the respective clients and Arabian Fal.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for authorized business purposes.
• You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform.

7. Confidentiality

All RPO data, contract details, pricing, client information, and progress records accessed through the Platform are strictly confidential. You must not disclose, share, or use such information outside the scope of your authorized duties. This obligation survives the termination of your access to the Platform.

8. Audit & Monitoring

The Platform maintains immutable audit logs of all sensitive actions, including logins, approvals, rejections, data exports, and user management. These logs are used for security, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes. You consent to such monitoring by using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Arabian Fal does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arabian Fal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Your sole remedy for service issues is to contact your administrator.

10. Termination

Your access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated at any time by authorized administrators, with or without cause. Upon termination, all access rights cease immediately. These Terms shall remain in effect with respect to confidentiality and intellectual property obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
